Everyone Belongs Here (HRDE PD) – Learn practical strategies to foster an inclusive, welcoming school climate. Participants will:

  • Explore community‑building and other preventative practices that promote positive relationships.

  • Practice the interrupt → question → educate → echo framework for addressing biased language and identity‑based harassment.

  • Review restorative alternatives to suspension and key LAUSD policies on bullying, hate incidents, gender equity, and nondiscrimination.

Ideal for all staff who support a safe, respectful environment for every Rough Rider.
