Instructional Leadership Team
ILT Instructional Vision:
Roosevelt is a school with active classrooms and engaged learners. All students engage in text-based academic discourse daily to share their thinking around challenging questions. The RHS Before-During-After (BDA) literacy frame is used regularly. Classroom instruction is rooted in the frequent use of grade-level complex text, citing evidence. Teachers assess student learning daily and provide to students feedback aligned with standards-based learning targets that improves their work.
