Roosevelt High School is thrilled to announce that the In-N-Out Cookout Truck will be on campus on Friday, January 17, 2025, for our Riders on the Rise Recognition Event! This exciting celebration will recognize students who meet the criteria for outstanding academic achievement and attendance in the first semester.
To qualify for this special event, students must either have C’s or better and no U’s in their final Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 grades or have no more than three full-day absences and fewer than 10 period absences or tardies.
Principal Ben Gertner emphasized the importance of celebrating student success:
"At Roosevelt, we believe in recognizing the hard work and dedication of our students. The Riders on the Rise program motivates students to achieve their best, both academically and in their daily attendance. We’re excited to bring the In-N-Out truck to campus as a fun and delicious way to celebrate our Rough Riders' accomplishments!"
Students who meet the criteria will receive a free In-N-Out meal, including a burger, chips, and a drink. The Riders on the Rise program continues to celebrate student growth throughout the year with various recognition events to boost school spirit and student engagement.
