On Thursday, March 20, 2025, Roosevelt High School will be holding its SAT School Day for all 11th-grade students. This special event will provide students with the opportunity to take the SAT during the school day, allowing them to complete a key college readiness step in a supportive environment.
The day will begin with Advisory from 8:30 AM to 8:53 AM, where students will receive final SAT instructions. Following that, there will be a transition period from 8:53 AM to 9:00 AM, after which students will head to their designated testing locations. Testing will officially begin at 9:20 AM and continue until 11:44 AM, with dedicated times for both Reading & Writing and Math sections, along with a brief in-class break.
After the testing period concludes, students will have a 32-minute lunch break from 11:53 AM to 12:25 PM. Periods 3 and 4 will take place after lunch, with adjusted schedules to ensure that students complete all required activities for the day.
This SAT School Day is an excellent opportunity for students to take the SAT in a familiar and supportive setting, and we encourage all students to participate and take full advantage of the resources available.
