Roosevelt High School is a supportive community fostering student development. At the heart of everything we do is the conviction that behind every data point is a student we care about and a relationship that we can build on to support student growth.
 
We employ strategies that support independent learning and critical thinking. We value collaborative, project-based teaching and learning as a means for students to develop the skills that will allow them to positively impact the community and prepare for college and career success.

Roosevelt High School Welcomes New Principal, Dr. Jose Morales

🎉 Welcome Dr. Jose Morales, New Principal of Roosevelt High School! 🎉
 
We are excited to welcome Dr. Jose Morales as the new principal of Theodore Roosevelt High School!
Dr. Morales brings 20 years of experience with Los Angeles Unified, including seven years as a principal. He has been part of Region East for the past six years, first serving as a parent coach and most recently as the principal at Stevenson Middle School.
 
💡 Fun fact: Outside of school, Dr. Morales loves curating music playlists. He’s created more than 20 across different genres!
