Above is this weeks athletic practice schedule.
Participation in these practices requires the following from all participants:
1. Physical signed by a physician on file with the school nurse.
Physicals are available through St. Johns, please visit them if you need a physical
2. Emergency Card
On file with your coach.
3. Liability Advisor Release Form
This is for athletes who's sport is out of season (all winter and spring sports)
